Language Empire was established in 2001. The company provides and supplies professional interpreters mostly to public sector organisations in the UK. .
The company first started providing services to organisations in North West England but later expanded its remit to other parts of the UK.
Language Empire has over 10 years experience in providing high quality and professional interpreters who are skilled and qualified. Language Empire understands its client’s needs and also their ‘service users’ needs which is to bridge the gap and build two way communication. Our clients include Atos Healthcare, Pennine Care NHS Trust, Salford PCT, Salford Council, Barnet Interpreting Services, British Transport Police North West, 7 Immigration Advisory Service office throughout the UK, Solicitor firms, London Probation Area, Avon and Somerset Probation Area, 6 CAFCASS offices in the UK, Ravenstone UK an Insurance Investigation company which provides its services throughout the UK.
Language Empire’s main advisor, Mr Zaman established and managed a Local Authority Interpretation and Translation department for over 30 years, namely Bury Metro Translation Services (BMTS). BMTS provided services to mainly large public sector organisations in the North West England.
Over the years Language Empire has built up relationships and contacts with many community organisations and face to face interpreting course providers/tutors from various educational establishments across the country.
In 2008 Language Empire became an approved supplier for the framework agreement to supplying language services to NHS North West.
The company are members of the association of translation companies (ATC) and recruitment and employment confederation (REC)
Language Empire has offices in London, Birmingham and Manchester and have recently purchased a new site In Rochdale to accommodate the growing nature of the companies business.
The company has the ISO9001 accreditation and is in the process of applying for ISO27001 as well as the Investors in people and customer first standard.
