Making a complaining
Language Empire has a complaints policy in place to strictly monitor the quality of our services and to investigate and resolve any disputes immediately within 7 working days.

Our complaint Policy is as follows:
1. Complaint Acknowledged with 24 hours
2. Please allow 3 days for the complaint to be investigated
3. A response will be submitted within 7 days of the complaint being made.
4. If you the ‘Client’ are not happy with the outcome of this complaint, we will then follow through with our dispute resolution procedure.

Language Empire takes all complaints seriously and you can be assured that our response to you will be satisfactory.
