The form is provided by either the Interpreter or Language Empire. If you receive the form, please take a couple minutes of your time to complete the form. All feedbacks received are kept strictly confidential and results are provided to your organisations contract manager.
It is very important for Language Empire to receive regular completed feedbacks on Interpreters, in order to effectively monitor the performance our professionals and to ensure high quality service delivery is provided at all times.
