Language Empire understands the importance of providing the same interpreter for follow up appointments. Therefore, we have recently introduced business cards for all our registered interpreters which are provided to interpreters in an induction and training pack.
Terms of use for interpreter business cards
All Language Empire approved interpreters must use the business cards as set out in the terms below and any breach of terms set out will result in termination of registration with Language Empire.
1. Interpreters must only provide cards to the service users such Police officers, Probation Officer and Dr/Nurses etc.
2. Interpreters must only write their name and the languages they speak.
3. Interpreters must not provide personal contact numbers to service users.
4. Interpreters must not use the business cards in any way for their own personal business use.
