Service Guarantee

If a delay is likely due to unforeseen circumstances, for example, because of rail or traffic hold-ups, Language Empire will call you 30 minutes before the agreed time to let you know that the assigned interpreter:

Has been delayed and inform you of the time the interpreter will be attending.

However, because of train timetable disruptions and delays and traffic congestion, our terms of service stipulate that the client should allow 5 minutes after the allocated time for the interpreter to arrive.

If, due to unforeseen circumstances, for example illness or any other circumstance because of which the assigned interpreter cannot attend, Language Empire will call you 3 hours before the agreed time to let you know that the assigned interpreter:

Will not be able to attend. We will do our utmost to provide you with a suitable replacement and confirm the name of the new assigned interpreter. If we cannot provide a replacement for the time requested we guarantee that the next appointment for the same client will be totally free of charge.

In the very unlikely event that your interpreter does not attend and we do not inform you before the agreed time, we will issue a credit note.

Telephone Interpreting Services

We guarantee to provide you with a telephone interpreter within 30-60 seconds of the time requested. With our large nationwide network of interpreters, you can be rest assured that you will be in contact with a telephone interpreter in the language requested. Should we fail to connect you to an interpreter in the language requested we will provide the next call free of charge.

Translation Services

We also fully guarantee the accuracy of all our translations. In the unlikely event that problems arise from a deadline not being met, Language Empire will reduce the fee for the original translation by 20% in order to offer you compensation.
