Interpreter Quality Check
Our LE-Language Service Manager allows us to keep a record of our Interpreters feedback. They must provide an Interpreter Quality Check form after every assignment in which we then manually enter into the database under their account in the LE-Language Service Manager.
This feedback monitors the following points; 1. Standard of the interpreter's English Language Fluency? 2. How well did the interpreter introduce themselves? 3. How well did the interpreter bridge the language barrier? 4. How co-operative was the interpreter? 5. The interpreter's knowledge of the question in matter? 6. Was the interpreter's behaviour professional? 7. How satisfied are you with the interpreter's language skills? 8. How professional was the interpreter's dress code? 9. The interpreter's general appearance? 10. Would you request the interpreter's services again? The statistics below represent the feedback that we receive for each Interpreter assignment rating the Interpreter from excellent to very poor. The importance of this is so that we can monitor all of our Interpreters and the standard of the service that they provide.
