Lateness - DNA

At Language-Empire we work very hard to provide a smooth and reliable service everyday. We aim to put investment and training into each and every one of our Interpreters so that they too, can provide a smooth and reliable service. Sometimes, as hard as we may work, certain incidents can cause Interpreters to turn up late or unable to attend. We do aim to avoid this at all times, and we do have emergency methods in place to be able to respond to lateness’s or DNA’s very quickly.

The stats below show the number of lateness’s and DNA’s that Language-Empire have been faced with. We always aim to keep these numbers as low or as non-existent as possible.
